Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Returnable: Because custom signs, firepits, gates, and railings are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned once approved and completed.

2. Deposits and Payments

Deposits: Non-refundable once work has begun on a custom project.
Cancellations: If a project is canceled before work starts, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
